Why I Miss Living in The City
Benefits of living in the city centre

I moved to the suburbs earlier this year, and while I enjoy taking walks around my quiet neighborhood filled with retirees, or letting the chirping sounds of my favorite blue jay wake me up, I have to say I miss the city life.
I spent this weekend at a friend’s who lives in the city and I couldn’t help but reminisce about the years I lived in the same city. The noise, traffic, people, I loved it. If you’re stuck deciding whether you should make the move to the city, you should be convinced after reading this post.
Benefits of Living in the City
Living in the city means you’re close to everything – restaurants, parks, clubs, grocery stores, movie theaters and so on. You don’t have to think about driving far distances just to hang out with your friends or run errands.
If you live in the city, you may not even need a car because transportation is more reliable with buses and trains running more frequently. Also, since everything is close to each other, some errands can even be done on foot.
Whether you are looking to meet new people, change careers, continue your education or live in newer houses/apartments, you’ll love living in the city.
I live in Toronto and it is one of the most diverse cities in the world. Living in the city, you’ll be able to see and meet more people from all walks of life every day and anywhere, might I add – on the bus, in the elevator, on the street. I mean, anywhere.
